After 25 years of dedicated service, Baker Rehab Group closed on February 28, 2026.

Founded in 2001 by Dr. John Baker, Baker Rehab Group was committed to providing compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation care — including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, and home visits — across Maryland and the mid-Atlantic region. Over the years, our team had the privilege of partnering with families, clinicians, healthcare providers, and communities to support individuals on their road to recovery and independence.

In 2022, Baker Rehab Group became a partner of LifeBridge Health, strengthening our ability to deliver an exceptional continuum of care and collaborate with health partners across the region. We are deeply grateful for every patient, caregiver, clinician, and collaborator who has been part of our journey.

HomeCare Maryland provides a broad range of skilled care — including nursing, therapy services, and personalized support in the comfort of your home — and accepts new referrals to support recovery after illness, injury, or surgery.
