Dr. John Baker
CEO, PT, MA, GCS, NCS, NDT, DScPT
Dr. John Baker is the founder and CEO of Baker Rehab Group. Dr. Baker has Master’s degrees in both College Science Teaching and Physical Therapy, earning his Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy in 2004. Dr. Baker is Board certified in both Neurologic and Geriatric Physical Therapy, Adult Neurodevelopmental Treatment, certified in vestibular rehabilitation and certified in concussion management.
Director of Outpatient Services
J.R. Bucklin joined the Baker Rehab Group team in 2015 after 18 years of experience as a senior therapist. Mr. Bucklin has taught courses in anatomy and manual therapy for over 10 years as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University. J.R. has been active in the education community, teaching , courses in manual therapy across the nation. Adding to his extensive therapy experience, Mr. Bucklin is a certified Cross Fit® instructor and active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Brain and Balance Center Director
Kelli Laffin joined the Baker Rehab Team in 2016. Kelli has Bachelor’s of Science degrees in both Biology and Health Sciences and a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She is board certified in Neurologic Physical Therapy and she is a certified brain injury specialist. Kelli has taught clinical education courses and collegiate lectures on electrophysiology and functional electrical stimulation.
Grant Steele joined the Baker Rehab Group team in 2015 after working in & managing departments in finance and accounting for the last 16 years. Grant graduated from Penn State with a degree in Finance. In his free time, Grant is completing his Masters degree in business, with a concentration in accounting in addition to coaching soccer and spending time with his wife and three children.
Peter Jackson joined the Baker Rehab Group team in 2015 after working with a sports ministry organization. Mr. Jackson graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts degree Social Work. In his free time, Peter is a drummer in a regional band and enjoys participating in recreational sports leagues.
